Air Sanih


About 17 KM off Singaraja, the second largest city in Bali after Denpasar, a small resort of Air Sanih offers a combined attractions of beautiful beach view and swimming pool.

Though less popular than Lovina, the beach is still a good place to stop by and enjoy the icy water flow from a spring or taste the delight of food served at restaurants that flock around the area.

Lovina


About 6 KM west of Singaraja, Lovina emerges into one popular beach resort, famous for its still water. Here is where a long stretch of black sand beach creates a borderline to five coastal villages.

Much quiter than Kuta and Sanur, Lovina projects some calmness & safety of the sea with wider and closer view of peaks on East java.
Some water adventures that are worth to try here include swimming, snorkeling, particularly near the reef which is quite far off the shore. If you are lucky, a school of dolphins can be a rare phenomenon off the coast.

Nusa Lembongan


Departing from panoramic Sanur Beach, people catch the amazing Nusa Lembongan Island. The small island points out the mixture of white sand beaches and a group of mangroves.


The local's main earning is seaweed farming.
The outstanding view of its beaches has long captured great interest of the tourists.
From day-trippers to surfers, all visit Nusa Lembongan as it is the nearest island on the southeast Bali to the mainland.

“Tawur Agung Kesanga ceremony “ is a great sacrificial ceremony offered to the underworld spirits for not disturbing human being’s settlement (at 12.00 noon) followed by procession of ogoh-ogoh , huge doll symbolizing evil spirits in the evening .

“Nyepi” holiday, the Icaka new year 1931, the day of absolute silence for Hindu followers, when no activity is done, no fire is lit, no traveling anywhere and no amusement is held for the day and night.

“Med-Medan “ traditional event, this event is held in connection with “Nyepi” the Icaka new year, involving maidens and bachelors of the village as to strengthen brotherhood and understanding among the youth. Initiated with prayer at the local
temple, the group members then hug one another, getting thoroughly wet under water sprouted by someone. It is indeed a cheerful moment for all, held about at 15.00 hours.
